Pinot Noir 2004

The 2004 Pinot Noir is made from low cropping vines sourced from the Yarra Valley, showing aromas of sweet cherry and dark berry fruits. The palate is medium bodied with lingering flavours of black cherry and spice, and shows soft oak and fine tannins.

Cabernet Merlot 2005

Shows ripe berry fruits with hints of spice and tobacco. The soft fruit driven palate has strong strawberry flavours with a fine tannin structure and long finish.

Shiraz 2004

Deep in colour with the nose displaying sweet berry fruit and liquorice characters with hints of spice. The palate shows concentrated blackberry and raspberry characters finely balanced with sweet French and American oak.

Reserve Shiraz 2004

Made from low cropping vines, picked at optimum ripeness and carefully fermented in open vats, producing a wine with concentrated liquorice and berry fruit flavours and deep red colour.

18 months of maturation in French and American oak hogsheds has contributed to a soft and integrated oak overlat providing spice, structure and length whilst softening the tannins to enhance the mouth-feel and roundness on the palate.

Tempranillo 2006

Generous fruit flavours of ripe plums and black current are enhanced by hints of spice. The balance between fruit sweetness and soft tannin provide the perfect wine for Italian food, BBQs and all meals full of flavour.

Rose 2005

Shows lifted sweet strawberry aromas, and confectionary characters typical of the short maceration needed to extract the colour. The slightly sweet palate and light body shows appealing fruit and firm acidity.

Riesling 2005

Showing fragrant floral and musk characters with hints of pineapple. The delicate sweet palate is long and citrus with a delightfully dry finish.

Verdelho 2005

Shows intense fruit and floral aromas with a touch of spice and green herbs. The crisp palate delivers flavours of melon, fleshy tropical fruit with citrus balance.

Chardonnay 2005

Fruit driven with stone fruit characters and hints of citrus zest. An elegant style with light fruit flavours and subtle French oak.

Sparkling Cuvee Brut

Pale gold in colour with medium beading. It’s appealing bouquet displays lifted apple fruit characters with some bready complexity that carries through to a lively palate of fresh apple flavours. The fruitiness is well balanced by fresh acid, producing a mild, appetising sweetness on the finish.
