Reserve Shiraz

Made from low cropping vines fermented in open vats producing a wine with concentrate liquorice and berry fruit flavours and deep red colour.

18 months of maturation in French and American oak hogsheads has contributed to a soft and integrated oak overlay providing spice, structure and length whilst softening the tannins to enhance the mouth-feel and roundness on the palate.
