At Melville Hill Estate our emphasis is on producing a wine of character, with an individual style and taste.
Armed with the knowledge "good wine comes from good fruit", utmost care is taken with the vines from pruning through to the picking and processing of the fruit. We believe a winemaker should use minimal handling and interference, giving the wine a sense of regionality, and have a reflection of the soil in which it was grown.
